We have many positions available and we realise not all positions may suit everyone.
These are the dates and times we will require volunteers.
Tuesday 9th of April – from 12 noon till 7pm
Wednesday 10th of April 8am-8pm
Thursday 11th of April 8am-6pm
Friday 12th 9am – 5pm.
Saturday 13th 9am-5pm
Sunday 9am till Midnight.
The Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday night roles are for setting up and packing up the show. These are extremely important days to have as many volunteers as possible. These days are not all heavy lifting duties but we will desperately need volunteers that can lift and carry some heavier items. Please consider helping on the Sunday night as this is a crucial time. We must be out of the building by midnight Sunday.
If you are available on these days but cannot do any heavy lifting that is fine. Just let me know and I will assign you somewhere that does not require this. There will be light cleaning and sorting to do also.
Some of the other positions we have include, front of house selling and checking tickets, meet and greet, handing out pamphlets and giving directions and information, working in our retail stall selling products, and cleaning.
These are all crucial positions to make our show run smoothly behind the scenes.

3: Are you confident in a retail setting, selling tickets and products in a stall. You will need to be able to do basic mathematics as there are no cash registers.
Have you used an EEFTPOS machine. ( no experience necessary as we will show you how to do this. It is actually quite easy.)
4: Do you have any cake or cookie decorating experience or knowledge.
5: Are you fit and able to lift and carry items.
6: If you have any limitations or things you do not feel comfortable doing please let me know. There are plenty of different positions available so we will be sure to find the right job for you.
You will be given an hour lunch break each day when working at the show.
All Volunteers working for 1 or more days will receive a 3 day pass to the show as a thank you gift, valued at $75.
