Help raise money for free crisis counselling for mental health. Sunlight needs volunteers to help at a Bunnings Sausage Sizzle. Every dollar raised will help us to continue to provide free counselling to teens and adults with suicide ideation and / or self-harm. Volunteers are needed to help at a Bunnings Sausage Sizzle.
We need people to:
- Cook sausages
- Take money
- Hand out the sausages and drinks to customers.
- We will be running the sausage sizzle from 6:45 am until 4:00 pm. Volunteers can help all day or just for 3 hour segments (7am – 10am, 10am – 1pm and/or 1pm – 4pm). Volunteers need to be over 16 years old, preferably over 18.
- The Sunlight Centre is a stand alone charity that provides free counselling to teens and adults in Morningside and clients never pay a cent.
Volunteering will help us help our community in their darkest times.
