This position will perform a wide range of clerical and administrative tasks to provide support and assistance to staff within the branch.
Duties will vary depending on the work area. Tasks may include:
- Preparing letters or undertaking data entry using various computing applications (e.g. spreadsheets and databases)
- Maintaining and updating records, file documents, answering and making telephones calls
- Operating office equipment, such as photocopiers, fax machines, binding and laminating machines
- Document archiving
- Undertaking general administrative work
Skills and experience required:
- Basic computer and typing ability (if applicable)
- Use of software packages including word processing, spreadsheets, outlook (if applicable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Respectful of confidential information
- Accuracy and attention to detail
