Help us make a difference for local families – one smile, one raffle ticket, one moment at a time.
We’re looking for warm, friendly, and enthusiastic volunteers to be part of the Springfield City Dinner at Brookwater Golf & Country Club on Thursday 30 October 2025 – a beautiful night of purpose, connection, and community.
Thanks to the generous support of our volunteers and guests, this event will help fund life-saving equipment for the new Mater Hospital Springfield, opening in 2026. This state-of-the-art hospital will deliver specialist maternity and paediatric services, including a Neonatal Critical Care Unit, providing compassionate care for families right here in Greater Springfield.

🙌 What You’ll Be Doing
Your role will help ensure the night runs smoothly and guests have a fantastic experience. Volunteer tasks include:
Selling raffle tickets and wine pull tokens
Ushering and welcoming guests
Answering questions about the silent auction
Helping distribute prizes and assisting with pack-up
Most importantly: sharing your smile and energy with everyone you meet!

Date: Thursday 30 October 2025
Time: Please arrive by 6:00pm for briefing and group photo
Venue: Brookwater Golf & Country Club, 1 Tournament Drive, Brookwater
Dress Code: Cocktail – think smart dinner attire. Knee-length dresses for women; shirt, tie and dress pants for men
