We have professional chefs, but we still rely on a lot of volunteer support in the kitchen. The kitchen is probably the best place for short term volunteers, and could be a good place for students looking to study cooking after high school.
Shift length: can be variable
Shift time: between about 6:30am and 11am
Location: 23 Guilfoyle Street, St Lucia
Appropriate for: anyone who wants to get up early, but particularly people with an interest in studying cooking
