Saturday 27th July 2024
COURSE AND EVENT SET-UP
9:00am to 1:00pm – 15 volunteers needed https://bttr.im/gtrg1
Pack-down of signage, marquees, fencing, tables, and chairs following WH&S procedures. This will require physically fit volunteers as this will involve manual lifting of up to 15kg.
Sunday 28th July 2024
WATER STATION SETUP
6:00am to 10:00am – 4 volunteers needed https://bttr.im/nwame
Driving the course and setting up signage and tables for the water stations around the course.
COURSE MARSHALLING (in pairs!)
6.30am to 10:00am – 60 volunteers needed https://bttr.im/1yqao
Stationed around the course, you will assist with general information enquiries, directing participants around the course and encouraging participants as they pass.
COURSE AND EVENT PRECINCT PACK DOWN
12:00pm to 2:00pm – 15 volunteers needed https://bttr.im/4bryc
