Nestled in the heart of the picturesque Scenic Rim Region you will find us amongst the million sunflowers at our annual Kalbar Sunflower Festival.

Tickets to this event sell out in a flash and volunteering is a great way to see the festival and help out! Funds raised from the festival are donated to the Mater Foundation.

We are seeking volunteers on the Sunflower Cutting Station. This role involves taking money from the festival goers, handing them the secateurs and directing them into the sunflower fields where the guest cut their own flowers. Once they have cut their flowers they then return the secateurs to the Sunflower Cutting Station.
